Daily Schedule
*All activities optional—this is your retreat!

7:00am: coffee, tea, yogurt, granola, delicious fresh fruit.
Morning meditation on the beach or in the yoga room

9:00-11:00am: Yoga

11:00am: Incredible brunch/lunch with eggs, salads, fish tacos, etc.

12:00-5:00: Free Time! The beautiful white-sand beach and amazing seaside Mayan ruins beckon.  Bike or cab into town for great shopping and restaurants. You can also visit a cenote (underwater cave) and snorkel, check out the famous Sian Kaan Biosphere, and more—or pamper yourself with a spa treatment!

5:00-6:30pm Yoga

7pm- Dinner featuring local specialties, including fresh local fish and produce and the tastiest mango margaritas on the Riviera Maya!

10:00ish  – fall asleep to the sound of the ocean right outside your door….

Getting There

Please book a flight to Cancun, Mexico, arriving on January 31 and departing on February 6. Rent a car or hire Amansala’s van to carry you from the airport to Amansala. (Flights to/from Cancun and local transportation to the resort are not included in the retreat package.)

EGCG is one of the most robust amongst the catechin polyphenols. It consists of around fifty percent in the entire content of catechin in the green tea. The green tea is extremely advantageous for our heart. It also circulatory system is also benefitted due to regular consumption of the green tea.
