Question by Serenity: How Often Would I Have to Do Yoga and How Long To Achieve Weight Loss?
How long per session and how many times a week should I be doing yoga to loose weight? I am looking to loose about 30lbs. What else do you suggest I do to maximize my weight loss? I don’t eat that much, I eat healthy, I watch my sugar intake, I take walks, I’m active around the house. Anything else I should do besides yoga? I’m going to start weight lifting and swimming here in a few weeks when it warms up around here (east coast girl). Thanks.
