I want to study Shaolin Kung Fu. But the place I’m looking at is going to be changing their curriculum to: Xingyi, Bagua, Tai Chi and QiGong. Which one should I take if I want something similar?

Bagua is already an internal martial art. It’s movements are like martial qigong.
It has qigong already in it.

Just so you know, I’m thirteen, great are cardio, but just not that strong in my core. Strengthening it would be very helpful. I’m an inexperienced yoga student but will learn fast. And I want something that would only be up to twenty minutes a night.

Typo, you meant “beers” right?
I thought you were talking about Christmas teddy bears…
But I do agree that children should not be given alcohol whether or not it is Christmas.
