Question by Nick M: Does anyone know any good kung fu schools in San Francisco and or the bay area?
I am looking for a good kung fu school in sf area can anyone recommend one? thanks…im not looking for any particular style, but im 5′6 170 lbs if anyone can recommend a good one..i also have a background in karate, but I am willing to unlearn what I have learned from there.

If you are looking for traditional kung fu, I am familiar with Wushu Central on Coleman in San Jose. I never trained there but my company was neighbors with them and it looked pretty good. They practice forms as well as fighting. I attend Cung Le’s USH gym; we learn San Shou kickboxing. It is also in San Jose.
